Staying true to our roots, this new space in Revolutsia is small and intimate. Some classes offered do require registration because of limited space, so make sure you sign-up to ensure you have a spot for your mat.

At Wichita Ashtanga Yoga our mission is to provide you with a safe, inquisitive, and empowering practice that stays authentic to yoga's traditional roots. Yoga is about connecting your breath, mind and body. As a teacher it is my main focus to give you an outlet to best achieve this connection. I ensure the spaces I teach in uphold high standards of love and acceptance: of yourself, your body, and others around you.
